Plans are purchased through Google Play Billing — the only real-money payment method in the app. Subscriptions are managed in your Google Play account, not inside ZenithX. You can also redeem gems earned through daily tasks, referrals and other rewards for 1, 3 or 6 month Premium or Elite access.

Yes. Cancel through your Google Play account at any time. Cancelling stops future charges — your access continues until the period you paid for ends. Gem-redeemed plans expire at the end of the redemption period.

Your gems are unaffected by plan changes. They accumulate regardless of your plan level and can always be spent on plan redemptions.

New accounts receive a free Elite trial so you can try every feature before choosing a plan. After the trial, the account moves to the Free tier unless a plan is active.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own refund policy. We cannot reverse a Google Play charge directly, but we can assist with billing questions through Support (Profile → Account → Support).

No. The Free tier is permanent — it never expires and never requires a credit card. You can use Demo Trading, earn gems and scan signals indefinitely on the Free plan.
